No Fun & Games...More Blood Work!

On Saturday LaNiyah went in for more blood work. These are the times that are dreaded for us all including mom & dad. But we know that these tests are necessary in our quest to finding answers and treatment.

So, we'll share with you the good, the bad and the ugly side of things.

Just like in the book as you'll see below Jessica dreads it as well. :-)

As I’ve said before since going national with LaNiyah’s message we’ve had an outpouring of support. We’ve gotten thousands of emails from parents, children, bullies and doctors expressing a wide range of emotions and support to us. Most important is the letters we’ve gotten of hope and those who say we’ve encouraged or inspired them.

Our goal is be that voice for those who are afraid to speak up or don’t know how to go about speaking up and hopefully what we’re doing will help banish the issues of bullying and help children that are obese gain that support from the world.

Below is a video from a good friend of ours whom we met while spreading the message.
